Register for Seniors & Juniors before 1 March 2026 to save up 20% on 2026 club fees. 
Register for Sub-Juniors (Minkey & Grads) before 31 March 2026 to save up to 50% on 2026 club fees. 

IMPORTANT: TRANSACTION FEES 

Note: Transaction fees issued by RevSport this year are INCLUDED as part of the club fee, not as a separate value at the end of registration. This is outside the control of the club and we must present our fees this way moving forward. The membership fee includes a card fee of 2.0% + $1.60 charged by RevSport and these amounts are not controllable by the Victoria Park Xavier Hockey Club.  

If you would prefer to pay your club fees via a bank transfer, please use the discount code ‘BANKTRANSFER’ to reduce club fees to $0 and proceed to pay the club amount (in your registration description) directly to the club’s bank account as detailed on the invoice. Please reach out to Kate Djurkovic at treasurer@vicparkpanthers.com.au if you want to confirm the value prior to payment. Failure to pay this amount within one week of registration will result in a $50 administration fee. Please note payment of the Hockey Australia Levy must be made at the time of registration and cannot be paid via a bank transfer.

HOCKEY AUSTRALIA LEVIES 

Hockey Australia has increased levies this year for all Senior and Junior registrations. There has been no change to the Hookin2Hockey sub-junior levy. This increase is outside of the control of VPXHC. An explanation of the HA levy and fee information can be found here: Where does my HA Levy Go? 

VOLUNTEERING 

The success of our club continues to be driven by our volunteers. We require all playing members to volunteer for a minimum of two hours at a scheduled club commitment, sit on a committee or manage a team etc. throughout the season. Parents will only need to volunteer for a maximum of two children in the same family. Due to the cost of non-volunteering on the club in 2025, for 2026 we have reverted back to a non-volunteering levy. In lieu of volunteering, you may elect to pay the non-volunteering levy of $100 at the time of registration by way of a Tax-Deductible Donation or clicking the 'add-on' which includes transaction fees. Any volunteering hours not completed by 1 August 2026 will result in a $100 invoice being issued. 

For those available to help, simply proceed to answer the volunteering questions. We will be in contact closer to the season to allocate you to a volunteer role of your preference where possible. In 2026 we will be using the volunteering app ‘Sign-Up’ to assist in allocating shifts and tracking completion of volunteering hours.  If you have any specific questions regarding volunteering, please reach out to Jessica Dunn at operations@vicparkpanthers.com.au.

DISCOUNTS 

As per prior seasons, the club has discount codes available for certain roles within the club. Please refer to our new Membership Fee Policy Document to learn more about discounts available and reach out to treasurer@vicparkpanthers.com.au to get your applicable code. Discounts must be applied at the point of registration. 

PAYMENT PLANS 

Club fees are required to be paid up front at registration or via bank transfer at the time of registration, however payment plans are available for registrations (excluding sub-juniors) made before 31 March 2026. 
  
Those unable to pay upfront should use the discount code 'PAYLATER' and proceed to email treasurer@vicparkpanthers.com.au with your payment plan selection of either 8 fortnightly instalments, or 4 monthly instalments. Failure to contact the club within one week of electing to 'PAYLATER' will result in your membership needing to be paid upfront. 
  
Any late instalments on payment plans at 30 June (excluding instalments due post 30 June) may result in players being ineligible for team selection. The Club is all about playing and enjoying hockey so this will only be a last resort if no efforts have been made to remain financial with the club. 

KIDSPORT 

Victoria Park Xavier Hockey Club is an approved KidSport club. KidSport enables eligible children to participate in community sport by offering financial assistance of up to $300 per financial year towards club fees. To find out if your child is eligible for this funding, please visit the KidSport page on the DLGSC website. If your KidSport voucher is approved, you will receive an email with a unique validation code for the voucher. This must be sent to treasurer@vicparkpanthers.com.au to receive your discount code for registration and  enable the club to claim the money from the Council.

Looking for a potential tax deduction? A great way to help the club out is to donate or become a sponsor. 

Donations 

Back in 2025, the Australian Sports Foundation partnered with RevSport to allow our club to accept tax-deductible donations. As part of the registration process, members with the ability to donate will be able to complete the donation add-on and receive a tax deduction.

Important 

If you played at another Hockey WA club last season and are registering with Vic Park Panthers this season, please use Returning Member as the system considers you as returning to the Hockey WA competition. 

If you are joining Vic Park Panthers from another club, your registration will be paused while clearances from your previous club and Hockey WA are granted. This make take a few days as it requires club officials to approve.
